ICT, TECHNOLOGY, DATA SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION
• We act as legal advisors for both vendors and buyers in purchases and sales of various ICT-systems and service combinations and their changes.
• We draft agreements and write directions in relation to ICT-procurement and deliveries as well as data security and assist our clients in negotiations.
• We advise on applying of the EU Data Protection Regulation in practical business and draft agreements and prepare recommendations based on it.
